Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Delivery time ranges from 2-5 business days after dispatch depending on where the buyer is located.
  • This time frame might be affected due to public holidays, national lockdown, state lockdown, natural calamities & other unavoidable circumstances.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
  • Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
  • If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

https://fablas.com/ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.).

Damages

https://fablas.com/ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Exchange, Returns & Refund Policy

Our policy provides information about options and procedures for returning your order.

  • We have no exchange policy.
  • Al return related query should be mailed at support@fablas.com
  • All returns should be raised within 24hrs from the time of delivery.
  • Any disputed item or delivery should be recorded carefully.
  • For returns or disputes capture a video of the shipment as you receive it and record complete video while opening the shipment/package.
  • No returns / refund will be processed without the opening shipment /package video.
  • Any return or dispute will take maximum 2-4 business days approve after all necessary documents are provided.
  • Any refund will be processed within 15days from the date of approval.
